We give flexible options for our products since we evaluate your time & money. So, if you want to return a product, you'll have to Gmail (diamondhexdigital@gmail.com) us about the product info + your information (when you ordered, your address..etc..), how much you paid, (& you have to take a picture of the product & yourself together so we know). & then we'll send you your money back from our side, & then tell you which brand to contact for your product return! (we work with other brands for our inventory.)
